To be eligible for this referral reward you must be a resident of the United States. You must complete the form above. Each friend you refer must use the links button at the bottom of the email that is sent to them from ProActive Webs. In order for you to qualify for the referral reward, each friend you refer

• Must be a new customer to ProActive Webs at time of referral, 

• Must remain a customer of ProActive Webs for a minimum of  1 year, and

• Must set up their ProActive Webs account using the same email address provided in the Tell a Friend form.

ProActive Webs will discount your next bill after the referred friend's or associates account is activated. Offer is only valid within 6 months from the date of referral. Employees of ProActive Webs are not eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend program.
